Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. During high-demand periods or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order is confirmed, our team carefully verifies product availability, quality checks, and packaging before dispatch.


Shipping Time & Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on the destination and logistics partner:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days
  • Remote locations: 5–10 business days
  • International orders: 7–15 business days (approx.)

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen logistics issues.

Packaging & Safety

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please report the issue immediately. We will coordinate with the shipping partner to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In case of delays beyond the estimated delivery time, we will actively follow up with the courier service to ensure timely resolution.


International Shipping

We provide worldwide shipping for selected products. However, international customers are responsible for:
